The City of Coloma employ’s the Building Inspector on a part-time basis. The other inspectors are contracted and are paid 85% of the permit fee.
Please refer to the permits for the phone numbers of the inspectors that you would like to contact. They will help you fill out the designated forms and inform you how to proceed in getting your permit.
To figure out if you need a City of Coloma permit, all City addresses have only 3 numbers before the name of the street. Example: 253 North St.
